Parent Communications:

          Creative Kids Club believes that communication between parents and child care professionals is key to a child's development.  Some of our communication methods include monthly center newsletters (Creative Times), daily Sunshine Reports for infants and toddlers, and verbal communications between teachers and parents.  The "Parent Communicator" form is designed for parents to inform us of changes in the child's status.  Our comprehensive Incident Reports inform parents of details regarding an accident or inappropriate behavior and our Health Reports inform parents about significant changes in their child's health throughout the day.  Health Bulletins alert parents to the outbreaks of possible contagious illnesses. 
          The teachers also hold semi-annual Developmental Assessments and parent-teacher conferences that discuss a child's development.  Every child also has a portfolio of their work that is used to assess their development.
