LVIP IV CENTER AND SCHOOL                                    

1.  Full Time-52 weeks per year (30 hours or more per week)
     a.  child is enrolled a minimum of 30 hours per week for 52 weeks per year
     b.  client is required to pay when the child is absent due to sickness or vacation
     c.  client is required to pay when the child is absent for personal reasons
     d.  client is required to pay if the center is closed for a holiday or emergency

2.  Academic/Seasonal Full Time-44 or less weeks per year (30 hours or more per week)
     a.  child is enrolled a minimum of 30 hours per week for 52 weeks per year
     b.  parents or guardians usually work in academic or seasonal businesses
     c.  client is required to pay when the child is absent due to sickness or vacation
     d.  client is required to pay when the child is absent for personal reasons
     e.  client is required to pay if the center is closed for a holiday or emergency

3.  Permanent Part Time-Daily Rate
     a.  child attends the center three or less days per week, the same days every week
     b.  child attends the center up to a maximum of 10 hours per day
     c.  days are available in the following groupings:
        Group A-Monday, Wednesday, Friday
          Group B-Tuesday, Thursday

4.  Permanent Part Time-AM or PM Rate
     a.  child is enrolled at the center either during the morning or afternoon sessions
                 AM session-6:00am to 12:00pm
                 PM session-12:00pm to 6:00pm
     b. if the child crosses over between sessions, the client will be charged the full day rate
     c.  days are available in the following groupings:
        Group A-Monday, Wednesday, Friday
          Group B-Tuesday, Thursday

5.  Flexible Part Time-Daily Rate
    a.   this option is not available to clients of the Infant 1 & 2 rooms
     b.  child is enrolled to attend on different days each week, up to 10 hours per day
     c.  if the child attends five consecutive days, the client will still be billed the flexible daily rate
    d.  child may be absent from the center for one week each month with no charge
     e.  schedule must be provided by Tuesday of the prior week

6.  Flexible Part-Time AM or PM Rate
    a.   this option is not available to clients of the Infant 1 & 2 rooms
     b.  child is enrolled to attend on different days each week, up to 5 hours per day
     c.  child is enrolled at the center either during the morning or afternoon sessions
                 AM session-6:00am to 12:00pm
                 PM session-12:00pm to 6:00pm
     d.   if the child crosses over between sessions, the client will be charged the full day rate
     e.   if the child attends five consecutive days, the client will be billed the flexible part time rate
    f.  child may be absent from the center for one week each month with no charge
     g.  schedule must be provided by Tuesday of the prior week
